The author’s life story is one of redemption along with encouragement. The questions placed throughout the book were more helpful than I anticipated and truly gave me the words I was looking for but couldn’t put together. It gave me a good start to do some work within myself to heal from things I once thought were healed, but clearly were just pushed down deep enough to not cause concern.
